SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE for all dresses.

Deliveries to the European Union (EU) are managed by DPD. Delivery is provided within 5 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES

We process and dispatch orders during our main service hours, 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Your order will be ready for dispatch one or two business days after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.

PAYMENT

Payments are invoiced in Euro (EUR) or Czech crowns (CZK).

BY CREDIT CARD

Payment is possible by credit card or debit card. We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.

As soon as the payment is approved, we will receive information about the payment finalization so we can proceed to sending the goods right to you.

BY ONLINE BANK TRANSFER

Online bank transfer is a payment via internet banking with instant confirmation of payment.

Payment process

  • Choose your bank from the list.
  • After pressing one of the buttons, you will be redirected to your online banking.
  • After logging in to internet banking, a pre-filled payment order will appear. In this order, you are will be unable to change the amount, variable symbol or receiver bank.
  • After you complete the payment, you will be redirected back to the e-shop.

Czech Republic

In the Czech Republic, you can use payment by expedited bank transfer at Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Komerční banka, Raiffeisen Bank, UniCredit Bank, Poštovní spořitelna, mBank and Fio banka.

Slovakia

Instant payment via internet banking is also available in Slovakia with these three banks: Slovenská sporitelna, Tatra banka, VUB Banka.

BY GOOGLE PAY

Google Pay is a tool to facilitate card payments. Payment itself is performed like a regular transaction using a card saved in your Google Pay service.

BY CASH ON DELIVERY \

If you want to make sure your package really gets there, choose the “cash on delivery” payment option and pay to the DPD delivery person upon receipt. Applies to deliveries within the Czech Republic. Payment is possible by cash or credit/debit card. Maximum COD amount is CZK 50,000 for payments in cash, and CZK 200,000 for credit/debit card payments.

BY GIFT CARD/STORE CREDIT/PROMOTION CODE

Simply go to “shopping bag” and enter your Gift Card or promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the balance of your Gift Card, or the amount of the promotion, please select the payment method you wish to use to cover the remaining amount.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. BALVIN cannot offer a free return and exchanges service. BALVIN will NOT cover the shipping costs for returning or changing the products. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Customised items cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. It is only possible to exchange a purchase for the same item in a different size. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • To start the process, we will ask you to share some information with us by email. Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and for what reason, or your desired exchange size.
  • Please insert the item(s) you wish to return into the original packaging. Please close the parcel securely.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer service to reserve the replacement size and follow the steps mentioned above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).
